§  Work with complex private equity asset valuation models and cash flow models for CMBS and CDO investments.

§  Produced SOX404 narratives to describe company’s revenue and allowance revenue recognition for interest income, management/admin fee income, and recognition policy and procedure for CDO and CMBS investments according to FASB ASC 325-40.
