Cultivate multimillion dollar marketing strategies and real estate sales in both the private and commercial sectors, providing an optimum experience and profitable results for the client and company, development and training of junior sales representatives in multiple national markets, and strategize marketing presence by growing profits in new national and international markets.

Responsibilities include:  Counseling company ownership to develop successful marketing, sales and operations strategies. Generating, managing and executing real estate sales opportunities among high net worth individuals and corporations.  These duties involved traveling across the United States and abroad meeting with private individuals and corporate boards, sharing the numerous benefits of the auction method of marketing. Duties also involved maintaining dynamic relationships with all internal and external customers, exclusive brokers from multiple markets, sales day management activities, oversight of the auction operation process, manage client expectations and provide optimum marketing coverage throughout each campaign.

My efforts resulted in obtaining the coveted “Marketing Specialist of the Year” award 10 times over 16 years. This award is based solely on revenues generated, having marketed, sold, advised or consulted on over $3 Billion in real estate assets.

Currently responsible for the marketing, sales and management of the Western Region of the U.S for J.P. King while also managing and overseeing the sales efforts of junior sales agents located in various other states and marketing climates.  All junior sales agents under my leadership have gone on to generate dynamic sales revenues and have garnered numerous awards for their individual efforts.
